The X-Treck enables on-farm hatching in traditional broiler barns. In the X-Treck, setter trays with 18 day-incubated eggs are placed on a rail system suspended over the length of the barn. The rail system is positioned freely in the air, ensuring airflow around the eggs during hatching. The height of the setter trays is controlled by a winching system, enabling complete control over airflow and the temperature surrounding the embryo. This system provides an ideal start for chicks and helps to produce robust broilers.
